SHOWN HEREON. THE POSITION OF THE N.E.CORNER JAMES A. EBBERT D.L.C. NO. 74 WAS ESTABLISHED FROM CITY
OF SPRINGFIELD REFERENCES WHICH PERPETUATE A POINT 20.00 FEET FROM THE NE CORNER OF FIRST ADDITION TO
NICHOLAS GARDENS.
