Dear David Puent,
August 24, 2006
I am writing to request an extension of the building permit at 1436 Main
Street (Daisy Mexican Bakery). It is my understanding that the only thing
left for final is the handicap parking space. Please let me know if this is
not the only item.
I spoke with you at the beginning of summer and explained that I was
repaving the whole parking lot by the end of November. At that point You
gave what I understood as a verbal okay on the extension.
It is part of my contract in the purchase of the property to have this done,
so I assure you that will be happening. I am in the process of receiving
bids for the lot right now.
This project will be completed by the end of November and all the
handicap spaces will be properly painted at that time.
