Dear Mr. Bando:

A recent observation of your property located at 1300 Main Street, Springfield, Oregon
reveals that it is in violation of the f~llowing City Codes:
Section l4.06.A.Z. of the Springfield Zoning Code relative to
. fence and hedge heights. The hedge on the eastern most boundary
..of your property located at the above referenced address must be
trimmed to a maximum of 3~ feet in the required front.yard set-
- back area .(10 feet from the front property line).
Therefore, by ten (10) days from the date of this letter (July 16, 1982), the above
described conditions must be corrected in order to conform to City Codes. Unless
you comply with this requirement or show cause why it .should not be complied with,
further action will be taken under the Codes of the City of Springfield, Oregon.
