SUBJECT: -Electrical Power Disconnection
The electrical power at /2. 63 Ma/tJ SIt" #6/ has been found to
be in violation of the State Electrical Speciality Code. As a result,
the Springfield Building Division requests that ,Springfield Utility
Board immediately disconnect electrical power from the above address.
