Dear Tim:
Today, May 20, 1991, a Temporary Occupancy was granted to you to occupy the
manufactured home located at 1250 Main Street, Springfield, Oregon. As a
condition of the Temporary Occupancy, you are required to complete the following
items no later than June 20, 1991.
1. Street address numbers need to be placed on the home.
2. Skirting with required ventilation needs to be installed around the home.
An inspection will be conducted on June 21, 1991 to ensure compliance. If the
items are not completed by that date, the Temporary Occupancy will expire.
