REVOCATION
Development Coordination approval or approval with conditions shall be auto-
matically revoked if any development and/or construction is not commenced
within 2 years from the date of approval,
Conditions of Development Coordination Board Approval:
1. A strip drain shall be constructed behind the sidewalk to drain this development.
The strip drain and roof downspouts shall be piped to the gutter.
2. Replace existing sidewalk along frontage of Main Street
3. Install back flow prevention device on water service.
4, Replace existing mercury vapor street light with 180 watt low pressure sodium fixture.
5. Include one handicapped parking space.
6. Relocate refuse container to allow clear vision line of access easement.
7. Contact S.U.B. for applicable development/redevelopment charges.
