RE: 1215 Main Street, Springfield, Oregon
The City of Springfield Community Services Division, Building Safety requests that the
power be disconnected at the above referenced addresses for reasons identified below by
5:00 p,m, on Thursday, October 5,2000. The structure is currently unoccupied,
1. There was a new panel installed without proper permits and inspections. This
panel was placed over an existing energized outlet.
2, There are a number of bare wires hanging from the wall and the ceiling that have
no covers or fixtures on them,
3, There was a significant amount of wiring in the walls that was performed by the
owner and has been covered without inspections.
4, The electrical wiring that I could see is, in my professional opinion, hazardous
and is considered to be a potential life, fire, and safety hazard.
The owner of the property is identified as Edward C and Julie A Mariscal, 2960 Feny
Street, Eugene, Oregon 97405 by Lane County Assessment and Taxation records,
