Per our phone conversation, 24 July 2009, I am requesting a 6 month extension for this permit.
(COM2009-001S3), Most of the work has been completed, inspected and approved at this time, with the
exception of the HW heater p.urchase/install. Our intent is to wrap this project up within the next
several months.
Costs and finances have definiteiy played a part in the delay of completing this project. If you are aware
of any City of Springfield incentives available to homeowners for making these types of energy efficient
improvements we would like to hear about them.
