Dear Lisa Hopper:
I am writting in regards to our phone conversation and the warning citation case
#2009-610. This is the request for an hardship extension for the permit a(2721 G Stree~
Springfield, Oregon, garage rebuild/remodel. My daughter needs the cxtenslOn since she
is currently serving in Iraq and will be there until Feb 2010, as such she will not be able
to finish the work on the garage lmtil several months after she leave Iraq. The earliest that
she will be back in Oregon is the mid to end of March 2010 due to debriefing at Ft Lewis,
Washington (tenative location), The project was started by her ex-husband and prior to
leaving for Iraq, He walked out on her a couple months before she left for Iraq so she had
to try to deal with it and we help'ed her get the roof, siding, and most everything on the
outside done, Currently with her being in Iraq there is no way we can finish it till after
she finally gets home.
