I 1 !4 ' CITY OF SPRING.t"1l!jLl) Planning Department Janua ry 20, 1983 Mitchell Hutchinson 1124 r~a i n Street Springfield, OR 97477 Dear Mr. Hutchinson: In-reviewing our files we have noted that the Conditional Use Permit granted by the Springfield Planning Commission for Adult World II Bookstore on December 2, 1981 has a one year .review period. Under ordinary circumstances a review of this CUP would haye' occurred as of January 5, 1983. Because a new zoning code was adopted, a zoning code that does not require a Conditional Use Permit for bookstores (adult or otherwise), Adult World II Bookstore no 10nger requires a CUP to remain in operation. iA You should be aware that this change in the code does not excuse the applicant from fulfilling all remaining conditions imposed at the time of CUP approval. A list of these conditions has been included with this letter to expedite compliance. If you have any questions concerning this matter please contact the Springfield Planning Department for assistance. Sincerely yours, I (' ,~ -'^ ^ ,.,1-1\- ,.~~O 7;. rv\(lV\ Gregory S.
