. reasons identified below, that the power be disconnected at the above referenced'address
by 5:00 p,m. on Wednesday November 17,2004, This property is also identified as Lane
County Reference Number 17033541, Tax Lot 04400. The owner of the property is
identified as Lukas Kryl, 3474 Spring Blvd" Eugene, Oregon, 97405 by Lane County
Regional Land Information Data Base,
1. There is unsafe and hazardous wiring in the structure including open splices,
missing panel covers, and wiring not properly installed in the panels,
2, Improper wiring of fuses, i.e" 12 GA Romex rated for 20 amp installed on 50
amp circuits,
3, Surface unprotected wiring running through doors and walls,
The electrical wiring that I could see is, in my professional opinion, hazardous and is a
potential life, fire, and safety hazard,

we have concerns regarding the electrical safety at the structure that is being used for
residential purposes. I have made numerous attempts to contact the person staying in the
structure for access but to date, no one has contacted me to schedule an inspection of the
structure.
