Due to the unsafe and possible unsanitary conditions created by the overcrowding or the unit identified
above, this letter is to serve as your notice that lhe occupancy of the unit must be reduced to a maximum
number of two as identified in the Oregon Structural Specialty Code as a maximum Ill!mber of occupants
for a one bedroom apartment ll,is notice must be complied wilh no later than November 30, 1996.
