Sirs:
We furnished two Wood Doors and Hollow Metal Door Frames to Mr Peter Kryl
for use in his construction of his Springfield Spas. These doors and fnames
were new equipment, delivered to us in January of this year, and deleted
from the project to which they were delivered. I sold them to Mr Kryl;
otherwise, we had no involvement in his project. '
These doors and frames were delivered to us from Berg Hardware & Supply
Company, of Springfield, for the Rehabilitation Medicine Associates pro-
ject. .All doors, with the exception of a pair 4'0", received from Berg at
this job bore 20 minute labels.
Mr Kryl tells me that one of his carpenters inadvertently removed the label
from the top of one of the doors, and he lacks approval for his project on
the basis of this missing label. I have gone to the site, and do identify
both of the solid core 3'-0" x 6'-8" birch natural finish doors as being
the ones I sold him. Although, at this point, one of them does indeed
lack a label, they are both of 20 minute labeI construction.
You may verify with Berg Hardware that they did indeed furnish these doors
to us; you may also feel free to call ime regarding this.
