SUBJECT: ZON2009-00015, Eastside Baptist Church
The subject application involves a expansion of an existing church that includes new parking and
two new structures.
Applicant's Questions Regarding Public Works:
1. Please provide a stormwater scoping sheet.
A stormwater scoping sheet has been provided as part of the public works response to the
application.

3. Please provide an assessment of public improvement requirements which may be .
associated with Type II Site Plan.and Type III Discretionary use approval for this project.
Will public improvements be required for this project at this time of construction; or
instead will a development agreement for future public improvements tie sufficient?
No public improvements are planned for this area at this time. An improvement agreement
will be required for street improvements along the property frontage with Commercial
Avenue. It is anticipated that these improvements will consist of sidewalk, curb and gutter
and/or any additional storm drain improvements and 2/3 pavement along commercial. For
future construction phases improvements may be required depending on City goals/plans at
the time of application.
