The City of Sprin9field Planning' Conmission, on July 6, 1983, after conducting a public hearing, approved a Special Use Permit for a Springfield Church of the Brethren at 1072-1096 Main Street, and required compliance with the following conditions: " 1. Submittal of a site plan '2. Demolition permits 3. Pave alley to east property line 4. Replace two mercury vapor lights with lPS lights 5. Motel must be used for non-lodging purposes until an occupancy , inspection has been completed 6. Members of the congregation will be requested not to use 11th Street for access B. The City of Springfield Planning Commission, on November 2, 1983, after' conducting a publiC hearing, approved a Request for Modification of Special Use Permit~, S-83-07-27, Conditions #3 and #4 as follows: 3. Pave 175' of alley 'from Selco Credit Union to approximately the center of church property by June IS, 1984. Pave remainder of alley to east property line by June IS, 1986. 4. The church will not be required to replace the mercury vapor lights. C. The Springfield Church of the Brethren agreed to all conditions, including' those amended, and their completion dates.
