m ~ WAIVER AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That for and in consideration

or the City of Sptingfield, a municipal corporation in Lane County,
State of dregon, granting to the undersigned a waiver of the ordinances
of the City of Springfield requiring a set back from the center of

Main Street of 60 feet, so that the uhdersigned may construct and
maintain ari advertising sign upon the following described real
property, to-wit:
Beginning at a point On the West lline of Lot 11, Washburn's Addition
to Springfield, Lane County, Oregon as platted and recorded at page 72,
volume 2, Lane County Oregon Plat Records, 299.65 feet North O. OS'
East from the southwest corner of Lot 11, thence North O. OS' East 120
feet to the South line of Main Street, thence South 890 10' 94.97 feet
along said South line to the East line of Lot 11, thence South O. OS'
West 120 feet along tBe East line of Lot 11, thence North 89. 10' 94.97
feet to, the point of beginning, in Springfield, Lane County, Oregon.

This agreement shall be binding upon the undersigned who are the
owners andlor lessees of the above described real property, and/or
of said sign, and upon their successors and assigns, and anyone having
an interest in said sign and/or in the above described real property.
This agreement shall be recorded in the deed records of Lane County,
Oregon, at the cost of the permitee for the purpose of making the
