OS' East from the southwest corner of Lot 11, thence North O. OS' East 120 feet to the South line of Main Street, thence South 890 10' 94.97 feet along said South line to the East line of Lot 11, thence South O. OS' West 120 feet along tBe East line of Lot 11, thence North 89. 10' 94.97 feet to, the point of beginning, in Springfield, Lane County, Oregon. known as number /0// of tI\ hV\ Street in the City of Springfield, Lane County, State of Oregon,- but within the prohibited, set back area as established City of Springfield, but not closer than by the ordinances of the Lj 3, feet to the center line of Main Street, the undersigned applicant and permitee does hereby promise ~rid a~ree that in the event the City of Springfield deems it necessary for any reason; and at the City's request th~ undersigned will, at his own expense, remove the above mentioned advertising sign promptly. This agreement shall be binding upon the undersigned who are the owners andlor lessees of the above described real property, and/or of said sign, and upon their successors and assigns, and anyone having an interest in said sign and/or in the above described real property.
