Subject: Vacation Request, Portion of Main Street Right-of-Way at 10th Street

Gentlemen:
The subject vacation has been requested by Springfield Utility 80ard to
facilitate expansion of their building and parking at their yard at the
southeast corner of the intersection of 10th and Main Streets.
Please review the attached drawing showing the requested vacation and inform
us of any potential conflict with your facilities, either existing or planned,
by March 25, 1986, so that your concerns may be considerea prior to the public
hearing which is scheduled for April 7, 1986.
