_DRINKING WATERPROTECTION OVERLAY mSTRJr.T APPLICATION
DRC2008-00003- Final Occupancy
Mark,
I did a preliminary inspection on December 16, 2008 and an inspection on March 5, 2009 to confirm that
the requirements of the DWP were met for final occupancy.
The Drinking Water Protection Overlay permit sets the conditions that are necessary to be completed prior
to occupancy, and the continuing requirement that those conditions and those identified in the Hazardous
Materials Management Plan (HMMP) be maintained for continued compliance.
During our inspection on March 5, 2009, we determined that the conditions have been met for the Drinking
Water Protection portion of the Final Occupancy Process.
SUB Will continue to work with the owner and their representatives to verify continued compliance with
their HMMP and the ordinance. It is important to note that all of the tenant space is not developed at this
time. As these spaces are occupied the HMMP, tenant contract documents, and the DWP permit will need
to be updated accordingly. .
