GENERAL COMMENTS: . In regards to the Condition #1 of the ~'Conditions of Approval", the existing Improvement Agreement (2007- 044337) doesn't cover all the required features that are required per the new partition. Please prepare an additional new Improvement Agreement for paving and storm sewer for this plat. The IA template is attached for your use. , . Please provide a copy of the plat to the County Surveyor's office for their review, if you haven't already done so', SHEET 1: . Under the "Notes:" section, please add a note that the plat is affected by the existing Improvement Agreement 2007-044337. . Please add definitions for the abbreviations "RPC" and "LPPN" to the Legend. . On the notation for the monument at the Northeast corner of Parcell of LPPN 2007-P2141, please add the reference designation" J" as referred to in the narrative. . On the South property line, it looks like the dimension should be "139.9S" instead of 137.9S. Please check. . Also on the South property line, it looks like the dimension between the west and east corners of Parcels 2 and 3, LPPN 2008-P220S should be "14S.90" instead of 139.52. Please check. SHEET 2: . Please check the bar scale, it looks like it should be 10 scale, not 30. . Please edit the text depicting "Lot S7" of Hinshaw plat, it looks like the "7" is mostly wiped out. . Please add "LPPN" to the Legend. . On the easement label "JOINT USE VARIABLE WIDE PRIVATE STORMWATER DRAINAGE..." please change "wide" to "widthn. . Please edit the leader for the easement label "DECLARATION OF VARIABLE WIDTH PRIVATE UTILITY EASEMENT", on the west side, it should be pointing to the easement line 7' in, not the west property line. . On the easement text just above the south flag property line, "S.OO' WIDE PRIVATE SANITARY..." is this referring to the NW-SE angled easement? If so, it looks like this easement is already sufficiently labeled, maybe you don't need this one. . On our field check, we found that the northerly corner between new Parcels 1 and 2 is a RBYPC, not the mag nail as noted. Please check. . Also on our field check, we found that the RBYPC at the northerly corner between LPPN 200B-P220S Parcels 1 and 2 shown as a calculated point does exist. Please check. SHEET 3: 1 L;;.(e Received: Planner: AL r/4 )<To'! / I . You can remove the signature line for the Lane County Board of Comissioners. . Is the RESTRICTIONS section needed? I didn't notthat there were any CCR's affecting this plat? Please let me know if you have any questions.
