Re: Submittal of Revised Tentative Subdivision for Gordon Hoerauf
Dear Mark,
In response to your comments regarding the paved driveway accessing Lots 3, 4 and 5, please
find enclosed a revised copy of the tentative subdivision plan showing the new driveway design.
Due to future development issues of Lot 4, the driveway access has not been paved at this time.
The possibility of damage to the curb as shown on the original tentative plan and uncertainty as
to the future roof drain location has caused the need for this change. The paved access and roof
drain location will be at the builder's discretion when a structure is placed on Lot 4.
