The only issue that Public Works Engineering has is the applicant does not appear to be addressing the storm
water runoff from the roof. If you can please request a plan from the applicantor make a condition that roof run-
off will be piped via down spout to an approved storm water system on site. If the elevation is satisfactory, the
applicant may be able to connect to the existing down-spout system on existing adjoining buildings. Please let
me know if you have any questions.
