The recommended findings and conditions outlined below are provided for your use in preparing the land-use decision. SANITARY SEWER. Finding: The proposed development does not place any increased loads on the existing sanitary sewer serving the Driftwood Bar & Grill and no improvements are necessary. " I' STORMW ATER MANAGEMEN1.: Finding: The proposed development will not add,any ilT!pervious area and is not expected ,to alter drainage patterns across the lot and no improvements or alterations are required. WATl\,R,OUALITY Finding: The proposed smoking deck appears to have little or no impact on water quality of runoff leaving the site. No i~provements are necessary. PUBLIC STREETS. SIDEWALKS & IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENTS Finding: The surrounding streets are fully improved with sidewalk. No additional . ' improvements are required as part of this development. . , UTILITIES. EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF WAY Finding: The proposed development will not increase demands on any ofthe existing . , utilities. No improvements are required.
