Field Observations and Comments
As requested, a representative of PSI was on site to observe proof roiling of lots 273 - 276 and 277 to 283, A tandem'
axle water truck loaded to legal limit was used for the proof roll. Lots 273 - 276 appeared stable with little to no
deflection or tracking, Some areas of deflection and tracking were noted in lots 282, 283 and 277: The contractor plans
to scarify and aerate the unstable soils, Lots 278 to 281' displayed little to no defiection indicating a reiatively stable
grade at this time, To the best of our knowledge the work inspected above was in accordance with the building
department approved design drawings" specifications and applicable workmanship provisions of the International
Buildinq Code,
