sidewalk and curb north of bike rack, Sam pie: southern section of sidewalk, Concrete was placed by chute and screed,
Cast one (1) set of four (4) (4x8) concrete test cylinders, Contractor was asked to notify our office when additional
services are needed, To the best of our knowledge, the work inpsected above was in accordance with the building
department approved design drawings, specifications, and applicable workmanship provisions of the International
Building Codes,
