The pass-through window shall also be replaced with an approved assembly or closed in with one-hour fire- resistive construction. The sliding door at the second floor shall also either be replaced by an approved door and frame assembly or shall be closed in with one-hour fire-resistive construction. 2) Every portion of a Group H Occupancy having a floor area of 200 square feet or more shall ,be served by at least two separate exists. S.S.C., Section 3318. To satisfy this requirement a second exit shall be added in the main shop space and in the paint spray room. The second exit shall be separated from the existing exit by a distance equal to not less than one-half of the length of the maximum overall diagonal dimensiDn of the area to be served measured in a straight line between exits. 3) The paint spray room shall be provided with an automatic sprinkler system designed and installed as required by the Uniform Fire CDde. Coordin- (( ate this requirement with Mike Hudman. The paint spray room shall not be '.' used until items 3 & 4 have been complied with. . 5) If any electrical service or equipment changes are required to facilitate your business, please coordinate these items with the City Electrical In- spector. 6) The proposed Auto Body Shop use of the existing building is not in confor- mance with the City Zoning Code. The zone change and special use permits requests have been made to the City Planning Department,-and are scheduled for public hearin~ at the Planning Commission meeting of March 2, 1983. CODrdinate all items relative to allowable land and building use with Greg Mott of the City Planning Department.
