RE: Wall Signage
It is our practice to notify businesses when we have noticed, or have received a complaint regarding a
possible violation of the Sign Code,
Information has been forwarded to me by the Code Enforcement Officer that wall signage has recently
been added to your structure located at 2842 Main Street, Springfield, Oregon without first obtaining the
required permits and inspections, Lane County Assessment and Taxation records indicate that you are the
owners of this property.
Your ~,u~u"i is located in an industrial zone which allows three wall signs. The total combined square
footage of these signs cannot exceed 350 square feet with no one sign exceeding 199 square feet. The sign
permit fee is based on the square footage of each sign, I have enclosed sign permit applications, the
current fee schedule, and the code section for your use and information,
Please complete the enclosed sign permit applications and return them to our office with the required plans
as noted on page two of the application within ten (10) days from the date of this letter, Once we have
received your applications, we will process your sign permit applications, The normal plan review process
takes about one week. Once we have completed the review, we will contact you either by phone or mail to
let you know your permits are ready and the amount due for the permits,
