Subject: Site Plan SlI:mi.ttal for Old D:minion Body and Frame, 2380 Main

As we' discussed, the r:evelopnent Review Carmi.ttee looked at the newest
subnittals for the Old D:minion Body and Frame .....~.......oal and the follcMing
requirements need to be addressed:
1. Ori.ef of Construction Les Craigmile requests an onsite meeting to review
on-site drainage. Mr. Craigmile can be contacted at 726-3753. Site
Plan requirements will be detennined as a result of that meeting.
2. A 5 fo::lt lan::lscape strip is required within the 10 fo::lt building setback
on N:lrth "A" Street. A 5 fo::lt landscape strip is required on the east
and west sides of the curb cut on Main Street. A landscape an::l
irrigation plan is required for these areas. Contact Associate Planner
Bz:uce ~use regarding landscaping at 726-3759.
3. As a point of of clarification the cyclone fence shown on the j,'~vp"~-ty
ITUlSt remain unslatted on the N:lrth "A" Street frontage to allow for
.....~~ vision When exiting the building.
4. A final site plan shall be suJ:mitted showing all requiranents of the
r:evelopnent Review Carmi.ttee before final approval will be granted.

Subject: Site Plan Review Submittal for Old Dominion body and Frame
Dear Mr. Amundson:
I have reviewed your site plan submittal and need additional information
before it can be processed.
The first plan you submitted showed only the building. When I
telephoned, you said you would send over the survey and I agreed it would
be adequate. I was under the impression that you wnuld be amending your
survey to include the proposed changes to the site as well as all other
requirements of a complete site plan.
Attached is a coPy of Article 18, Development Cnordination
lists requirements for submittal of a complete site plan.
