SUBJ: Bui Iding permit # 860710, issued 10/8/86 for Old Dominion Body &
Frame @ 2380 Main St., Springfield Or for $810.62.
This project has been deiayed because of difficulties encountered by
the OWner in securing adequate financing. Rather than jeopardize the
project by continuing work under this permit, the owner elected to not
proceed unti I he had a financing committment that assured project
completion.
That financing has now been secured and we are prepared to commence
work.
On behalf of Mr. Dean Caldwel I, I request that you waive the 50%
penalty rule ($405.31) that would normally be assessed to re-issue a
new permit, and al low this project to continue under permit # 860710.
