At your request, the'Springfield Building Safety Uivision conductell an
inspect:1on of the buildLng(s) at the above address. The purpose of the
inspect-ion was to determine the suitability ot the building(s) tor the
proposed use as 1ndicated.
8ased on the proposed occupancy, the existing conditions which are
ment10ned below do not meet the m.l.nl.muOl UU:Lhl.lng Satety Code requirements.
Corrective measures must be taken prior to occupancy to install, repair,
replace or modify the fOllowing items 1n order for the building to conform
to applicable satety codes:
Structural
1. Table !i-A ot" the Structural Spec:lalty Code requires th.lt structures
classified as U-2 occupancy located closer than 20 feet from an adjacent
property line be of one-hour fire resistive constructi.on. The south wall
shall, therefore, be of one-hour fire resistive construction.
2. Supports for the east wall require repair or replacement due to the
presence of dryrot in structural members at ground level. .
3. One 5 lb. 2A fi.re extinquisher is required.

office regarding any necessary improvements to the site.
