RE: Sign Permit Applications
Dear Mr. Maskal:
I have received your applications for two signs to be installed at 2309 Main
Street, Springfield, Oregon. The applications were not complete and in order to
process them, I will need the following information from you:
- The total height of the signs above grade
- The Dimension from grade to the bottom of the sign enclosures
- A photograph of all existing signage on the property
- Who will be installing the signs, i.e., contractors name or owner

Plans for the proposed signs. You will need to prepare two complete sets of
drawings showing all dimensions, total height, and a plot plan indicating
where the proposed signs will be located, and elevations of the building
indicating where the signs will be placed.
If you have any questions, please feel free to phone me at 726-3790. I will
complete the plan review of your proposed signs as soon as I receive 'this '
