he on site managers are Casey Piquet and Charles Chase. Piquet does most of the glad handing and
liking at the door.
he business is owned by Shawn Bargouti and someone with the last name of Cooper.
'iquet and I had a long talk about the problems and complaints surrounding the business. I got a lot of lip
ervice and promises but the underlining attitude is that what goes on across the street or off the business
roperty is not their problem.
'iquet was warned that some selective Law Enforcement is coming beginning the 1st of August. Piquet
laims that he welcomes any help in policing the Car Quest area as he knows that this is a problem. He is
ven willing to post security in the Car Quest parking lot if they are willing to let him. Piquet claims that they
re planning to hire more security and gettougher on the parking lot activity.
.pparently they are now allowing 16 year olds to come into the club on Mondays & Tuesdays to dance to the
lusic. Supposedly there are no dancers present. Piquet admits that they have some of their worst nights
re on these dance nights but there is not plan to drop them.
'iquet is going to let Barqouti and Cooper know about my visit and invite them to contact me or Tom if they
ave any questions.
