Section 37.020 of the Springfield Development Code.
The installation of signs vithout applying for and
receiving sign permits. '
REQUIRED CORRECTION:
Submit your application for sign permits through the
Development Services Department.
Lisa Hopper or Lydia Neill can provide you vith sign
standards information upon request.
INFORMAL CONFERENCE:
If you wish to meet vith the Code Enforcement staff
to further discuss the violation, you may attend an
informal conference on September 26, 1991 betveen
8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. at the Development Services
Department,' 225 North 5th Street, Springfield,
Oregon.
DEADLINE FOR COMPLIANCE:
If this time is not convenient please contact staff
at 726-3759 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday
through Friday.
Seven (7) days from the date of this letter for the
submittal of sign permit applications.
