At your request, the Building Division of the City of Springfield
housing inspection on Fehruary 11';. 197R, at _2711 Milin Street
Springfield, Oregon.
The following items must be repaired or replaced to conform with the
Uniform Housing Code as adopted by the City of Springfield:
1. Stop up breaker holes in the splice box.
2. Install,conduit and KO seal in the open handy box in the closet.

All necessary permits shall be obtained before work starts and all work
shall be accomplished according to applicable codes and inspected before
a Certificate of Compliance will be issued.
