Salem, OR 97310 August 7, 1984 Mr. Greg Winterowd Director of Planning City of Springfield 225 North 5th Street Springfield, OR 97477 * Subject: AGREEMENT REGARDING USE OF BUILDING LOCATED AT 2020 MAIN STREET Dear Mr. Winterowd: This letter represents our agreement to a condition imposed by the City of Springfield. This condition is one requirement for issuance of a building permit to do remodeling work at 2020 Main Street in order to create a general purpose meeting room. As owners and operators of the building and assembly hall, we hereby agree to limit the meeting room's occupancy load to four times the number of parking spaces on the parking plan approved by the City.
