Request To Use Mobile Office During
Construction As Provided By Section
22.07 (d) (1) Of The Zoning Code .

Gentlemen:
Your request to use a mobile building as a temporary office facility at the above
address-is hereby granted sUbject to the following conditions:
1) The mobile building is being installed in anticipation of construction on the
permanent building located on the property.
2) A building permit, and all associated permits, will be applied for within six
months of the date the mobile office structure is installed.
3) Under no circumstances will the mobile office structure be allowed to remain
on the property for more than 18 months.
4) A set-up permit and an electrical permit will be obtained for the temporary
mobile office structure.
5) Inspections will be called for relative to the permits mentioned in (4) above.
If you have any questions regarding this approval, or any of the conditions relating
thereto, please do not hesitate to contact me.
