Amy,
Here is the revised WNF Plan submittal that now includes an Attachment E - Product Review Log
and an Attachment F - Monthly Inspection Form, for the Springfield Utility Board review; We
understand that the submittal of the revised plan is necessary for SUB's approval so that
Building 3100, Pierce Parkway, Springfield, Oregon may be issued a permanent occupancy permit
by the City of Springfield.
In addition to the two changes requested on the plan, the WNF will be providing hazardous
materials management training to employees who work.at or store chemicals in Building 3100.
Arrangements have been made with Northwest HazMat and the BUreau of Land Management to
provide the training.
If you have any questions regarding the changes to the pian .or the planned training please
contact me. A signed' copy of the revised plan will be forthcoming when Mario Isaias-Vera
returns to duty around the first of next month.
(See attached file: Willamette Pollution Prevention_SO_July Z009.doc)

Andy,
I have received all pending documents for final approval of the DWP Overlay District Permit
for the BLM/Forest Service warehouse. SUB Drinking Water Protection is OK with the issuance
of final occupancy for the warehouse addition.
The Forest Service, BLM, and Oregon Military Department are continuing to. make DWP-related
modifications at their facilities, and I will continue to work with them to help them meet
the operational requirements of their DWP permit.
Thank you,
Amy E. Chinitz
