Cc: maisaias-vera@fs.fed.us; dandreasen@fs.fed.us; dtai@fs.fed.us; kharbick@fs.fed.us Subject: Revised Willamette National Forest Plan for Springfield Permit Amy, Here is the revised WNF Plan submittal that now includes an Attachment E - Product Review Log and an Attachment F - Monthly Inspection Form, for the Springfield Utility Board review; We understand that the submittal of the revised plan is necessary for SUB's approval so that Building 3100, Pierce Parkway, Springfield, Oregon may be issued a permanent occupancy permit by the City of Springfield. In addition to the two changes requested on the plan, the WNF will be providing hazardous materials management training to employees who work.at or store chemicals in Building 3100. Arrangements have been made with Northwest HazMat and the BUreau of Land Management to provide the training. If you have any questions regarding the changes to the pian .or the planned training please contact me. A signed' copy of the revised plan will be forthcoming when Mario Isaias-Vera returns to duty around the first of next month. SUB Drinking Water Protection is OK with the issuance of final occupancy for the warehouse addition. The Forest Service, BLM, and Oregon Military Department are continuing to. make DWP-related modifications at their facilities, and I will continue to work with them to help them meet the operational requirements of their DWP permit.
