I think it's a great idea to include a column with the name of the person who made the determination. The purpose of the log is to help you evaluate new products without having to repeat the inquiry process over and over again and to prevent DNAPLs being re-introduced into the inventory. I would think that tracking WHO makes the determination would help with this. Yes, I do think you should include the eight products from the prior inventory as well as the paint products. We assume that since you had them on your inventory at one point, there's a chance of encountering them again. Yes, I now have everything I need from BLM for the permit. The only change I recommend is a contact number for the homemade sign where it says to contact warehouse staff. I just need the last couple items from the FS. Thanks for all your great work! Subject: Product Log (See attached file: Log.docx) Hi Amy, a couple more questions for today..... This is the product log I've been working up. Do you recommend that in the comments section, I note that I made the determination on these products? Or, should I add a column for the person making the determination to fill in their name? In the coming year, that will be me, but in the future after I retire I don't know who will be doing it. I was thinking if I was with SUB, I'd want to know who the accountable party is. 1 Date Received:~/d#' Planner: AL . Also, on this log, should I ~~ite down the products that were determined to be DNAPLs from our M5DS master list last fall? I think there were 8 products noted at that time in an email you sent to Robin of the National Guard. I also have several DNAPLs over in our paint shed at the old office that we are preparing to dispose of, and thought I should list them so we don't ever buy them again. Thanks again for the help. Did you receive everything you needed from me on the items for the occupancy permit? Kris 2 -,..'" (;0ceived: 7/8/.;.-0, Planner: AL
