They have been pretty good to work with, so I'm glad they are taking the initiative to address DWP items in the main
building. Hopefully, this will close the gap created by the previous DWP "approval" that no one seems to know much
about.

Thanks, Andy. I am working with the BlM folks to finish up their pending items.
I toured the main AFRC building and FMS building last week as well. The OMD is going to address DWP items even
though it's not part of this current permit.

The attached HMMP template has some pages that will help you finalize the DWP permit. Page 14 is a sample monthly
inspection sheet. Page 15 is a sample product review log you can use to make sure you don't bring in DNAPL-containing
products. Feel free to adapt them to meet your needs and/or to set yours up electronically so you can alphabetize or
otherwise track products more easily.
I am also sending you our DNAPL chemical list.
