Amy,
Thanks.
I looked up the date I submitted to the city, 4/17/09. It seemed like a month or more but I guess not. We're looking to
occupy July 10th and just want to make sure we've got this handled,
Thanks again,
Doug

Chuck,
I submitted my application a month or more ago but haven't heard a word from anyone. Have you seen it?

Doug, I understand from your phone message that you will be constructing tenant space in the RMP building
and that you and the new tenant will need to comply with the Drinking Water Protection permit
requirements. I have attached the permit conditions for your review. You can go to page 7 Summary of
Conditions of Approval to review the conditions. We will need to review the location of the tenant space to
verify which designated hazardous materials storage area is within or designated for this tenants use. There
may be some design and construction issues to address based on the tellants use ofthe facility, however, I
would anticipate most of the responsibility for meeting the permit conditions will be tenant management of
the Hazardous Materials Management Plan (HMMP) and storage, use, and inspections of hazardous
materials. With that in mind, the new tenants should begin discussions with meso that we can identify if any
special construction is needed.

For your construction activities, please note that no Dense Aqueous Phase Liquids (DNAPL's) may be used.
You will need to evaluate eflch of the chemicals proposed for use to verify that they are not part of the
process of your installation.
The new tenant may want to contract with KTA Associates, inc. to update the approved HMMP for RMP to
avoid havingto reinventthe wheel. Their Phone number: 1-206-447-1450,
"II look forward to meeting with you and the tenant prior to your getting started.
