Willamette Valley Cancer Center - Drinking Water Protection
Gilbert: We are processing an application for the Willamette Valley Cancer Center tenant infill at the Riverbend Pavilion
(PeaceHealth Hospital Site). There is an extra packet of information on their Hazardous Material Management Plan
along with the MSDS information for various materials to be used/stored at the facility. Do you want to see a copy of
the HMMP or MSDS info? The-applicant wants to ensure the Fire Marshal can sign off on occupancy when the
construction is finished in July. '
Please let me know and I can send a packet of information over to you along with a CD containing the HMMP and MSDS
sheets. Thanks
