Reason for removal - non-original structure, structure in disrepair, no need for structure and security issue to residence. @ Construction steps to side door - 8' x 5' wooden composite structure, added to residence approx. in the 1970's. Reason for removal - non-original structure, mandated by financial institution (or else additional structures required), structure in disrepair. fdRamp to front porch - 22' x 12' wooden structure, added to residence approx in 'the 1980's, Reason for removal - non-original structure, structure in disrepair, no need for structure. The three accessory structures are documented in photographs (attached) Past pictures of the residence show that the house did not have these structures and that they were added at a much later date. The structures A. and C. will be removed and the area they rested on returned to soil area for grass or garden developed along the historical plan for landscape being pursued.
