This letter is in regard to your Final Inspection for 1875 Main Street. It
appears the only item left to be complete is a requirement of site plan
approval. AssnciaLe Planner Bruce Newhouse cnnducLed Lhe siLe plan review
inspection and noted that required street trees have not been planted along
your North 19th 'Street frontage. Two trees, placed 15 feet back from both
intersections, are required along this frontage.
Once these two trees have been planted you will be in conformance with the
standards/conditions of your slte plan approval and final occupancy can be
granted.
