The plans which you submitted for a freestanding sign to be located at 1815 Hain
Street, Springfield, Oregon are incomplete and additional information is
required before we can process your plans. I,have indicated on the si(n permit
application the areas which are either incomplete or that have not beer provided
for review.
Also, the Springfield Development Code allows only one freestanding si(n per
business. I have enclosed a copy of the appropriate code section for }our
information. If I understand your plot plan correctly, you are proposing an
additional freestanding sign. If this is the case, it will not be aIle wed.
