I checked the documents for the existing access easements (i.e. Doc #2006-015440 & #2006-015441), and they only
benefit the alter Hinshaw lot. So, Mr. Nowak will need to record an irrevocable joint use access easement across Parcel
1 to benefit Parcel 2 of this present Partition.
Also, the Improvement Agreement does not have the paving box checked, so they'll need to file an I.A for paving as well.
