VIOLATION
A. ELECTRICAL
1. Qisconlinue use 01 extension cords in lieu at permanent wiring
2. Each oulle! box shall have a coyer faceplate or fixture canopy.
3 Maintain 30" clearance in Ironl 01 electrical panel.
4 Maintain wiring in good condillon and prOlect Irom damage.

B. EXITS
1. Remove unapproved locks or latches from exit dOors.
2. UnlOCk all exil doors during business hours.
3. Remove obstructions Irom exits. aisles. COrridors. and stairways
4 Remove obstructions from smoke doors and maintain to operate properly.
5. Repair or maintain exit door and hardware to operate properly.
C. EXIT LIGHTING
1. Maintain lighting lor exit signs
_ 2. Provide lighling lor COrridors. stairways. and exterior exilways.
_ 3. Exits shall be illuminaled at alt times the bulding is occupied.
D. FIRE EXTINGUISHERS
,. Provide _ exllnguisheqsl 01 a minimum rating.
2. Mount extinguisher where readily available. with top not higher than S leel
3. Post signs indicating location where extinguishers are not readily visible.
4 Service and tag each extinguisher annually and aher use.
E. FIRE PROTECTION AND ALARM SYSTEMS
1. Mainlain access to and operation 01 standpipes. fire hose. sprinkler valves, and fire hydrant(S).
2. Inspect and test sprinkler system and maintain records.
3. Identity sprinkler valves and standpipes and secure in open posrllon.
4 Provide spare sprinklers (6 minimum) and sprinkler wrench.
5. Inspect and service hood and duct extinguiShing system over cooking equipment.
6. Replace damaged. corroded. or painted sprinkler heads.
7. Provide and maintain smoke delectors in proper operating condition.

F. FIRE SEPARATIONS
1. Remove obstructions Irom lire doors and maintain to operale properly.
_ 2 Seal unapproved openings with approved material.
_ 3. Keep attic access and scunle openings dosed.
G. FLAMMABLE L10UIDS

4 Reduce storage height to at leastlwo leet below ceiling.
