To satisfY the requirements for occupancy of a child day care center,
we, the title holders and Leasees of the building at 3988 Main Street
in Springfield, Oregon, do hereby agree to provide a document
signed by the titleholder(s) of the adjoining property to the west,
stating that there \yill be no future building construction to a
minimum five (5)foot setback from the existing structure at 3988
Main Street. If this document is not filed with the city of
Springtield within thirty (30) days of the occupancy approval, the
undersigned has then fifteen (15) days to construct a 2 hour fire wall
on the west side of the child day care center at 3988 Main Street.
