Subject: FINAL OCCUPANCY APPROVAL - Children's Choice Montessori Day Care
Center, 3988 Main Street, Springfield, OR.
Dear Ms. wood:
This is to advise you that the subject day care center has complied with
current Building Code requirements to allow such use in the building. I
have advised the owners of the facility, the McQuillan's, that day care
activities are restricted to the ground floor only. The upper floor is
to be used for offices, and is not approved for day care or residential
living purposes.
I trust this statement will be satisfactory evidence of compliance for
your licensing requirements.
