Dear Mr. Puent,

We would like to request a 30 day extension on our temporary
occupancy permit. Our attempts to make finalize the agreement with
Mr. Copeland (the owner of the property adjacent to our school), have
been unsuccessful. Most recently (Sept. 20, 1993) we mailed a copy
of an agreement to him, for his consideration. He has not as yet
responded to our letter, though he seemed willing to consider our
request when we spoke on Sept. 14.
If we are granted the 30 day extension we will either:
. a) produce and record an agreement that restricts building
construction to a minimum 5 foot easement on the west side of the
building,
OR
b) construct a 2 hour fire wall on the west side of the building
within that 30 day time period.
We are also aware that failure to achieve one of these two options will
result in closure of our school, until which time we are able to make
the proper revisions.
