RE:Portable Sign and Danner

It is our practice to 'notify businesses when we have notice, or have received a complaint regarding a
possible violation of the Sign Code on your property.
Infonnation has been forwarded to me by Code Enforcement.stalT indicating you have a portable sign and,
a banner located on your property. . A portable sign is a sign which is not permanently anchored to a
building or to'the ground. Portable signs are ~oi allowed to be placed either in the right of way or on
private property. I have enclosed the Code section for your infonnalion. The portable sign ne~ds to be
removed within the next seven (7). days.

Danners are allowed by a special penn it once a year for a ten (10) day period. The cost of the permit is
$40.00 with a refundable $100,00 deposit provided the banners are removed by the end of the tenth'day. I
have enclosed the Code section and an application for your use if you choose to apply. The banner that is '
currently located on your property needs to either be removed, or you can apply for the special banner
