SUBJECT: Dance Hall License for 3875 ~Iain Street
The Building Safety Division recommends approval of the attached Dance Hall
License for the above referenced location subiect to the applicants complc-
tion of the occupancy change requirements listed on the attached letter and
Developmcnt Coordination Board requirements, (The applicant has made appli-
cation but the project has not yet been reviewed before the Board.)
The license will be signed by this Division at the time that all above mentioned
requirements are approved.

Attached is a new license request from Mary Mae Blaquiere
for a dance hall license to be located at 3875 Main Street.

Public Affairs has interviewed Mrs. Blaquiere and her manager,
and they are fully aware of any and all consequences and city
ordinances pertaining to dance halls. This dance hall is going
to be primarily for teenagers.
I recommend approval.
